castillo/corrales was invited at Montehermoso Cultural Center to conceive a 3-day seminar on book publishing and distribution. Entitled “Un agréable mouvement dans les idées”, and involving fellow travellers Melanie Gilligan, Matthew Stadler, Will Holder, Peio Aguirre and Kim West, it unfolded as a series of behind closed doors conversations, public conferences, readings, and pinxos, and revolved around themes such as the ecology of small press publishing, amateur design, art criticism as a documentary practice, the militant uses of Internet, and the invention of dynamic libraries, whether institutional or personal ones.
Departing from these three days of discussion, a publication is now being prepared.
